Welcome our New Worship Leader

    On August 13 we welcome our new 9 a.m. worship leader, Dr. Robert Weston Williams for his first Sunday at St. Paul. Dr. Williams is a native of Newberry, SC. He has many years of experience as a worship leader and an educator. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Stillman College in Tuscaloosa, AL. At the University of South Carolina he earned his Master of Music degree in Vocal Performance and Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Choral Conducting. Dr. Williams recently moved to Florida from Fayetteville, NC where he served on the music faculty at Fayetteville State University for twenty-three years and served as Director of Music at MacPherson Presbyterian Church for the past seven years. In addition to his position at St. Paul he is Director of Choral Activities at St. Petersburg College. 

    Dr. Williams is pictured above with his son Blake, wife Dawn, granddaughter Brooklyn and daughter Nairobi.

    We are blessed to have the very talented Dr. Williams join our staff and lead worship! Say hello after worship and make him feel welcome.
