NEW SENIOR EXERCISE CLASS
Beginning Thursday, January 7th from 10:30-11:15 in the Gym, Diane Taylor will lead an easy-going class of “Chair Aerobics” for seniors done entirely while seated in a chair. These exercises will improve your strength and circulation, plus you’ll be having a good time with friends! Just $2 per class. Come join us!
