HUMAN TRAFFICKING - A FORM OF MODERN DAY SLAVERY

Join us Tuesday, December 1st from 6:30PM – 7:30PM in the LuAnne Willey Fellowship Hall for a brief, one-hour human trafficking awareness session that will shock you and educate you as to how you can help identify possible victims. Florida is in the top 3 human trafficking states in the U.S. Come see how we can all do our part to help put a stop to this horrific crime.

Angels for Hurting Hearts is a once-a-year program sponsored by the St. Paul Stephen Ministry for people experiencing a life crisis or challenge such as: loss of a loved one, empty nest, divorce, loneliness, unemployment, terminal illness, hospitalization, or other life transitions.

COMING SOON - A BIBLE STUDY FOR MOMS
Starting in January, we will be offering a new video/book study for Moms, “You Matter More Than You Think” by Dr. Leslie Parrott. We will meet on Monday mornings at 9:00 in the Mariposa Cafe, starting January 18. Child care will be provided. There will also be activities offered after the study, such as scrapbooking, cooking classes, guest speakers, and more. We hope you will be able to join us for this time of fun, fellowship, and growing closer to God and each other! More details will be provided as it gets closer.
FOOD DONATIONS FOR RCS FOOD PANTRY NEEDED MORE THAN EVER!
Sunday, December 6th is our monthly drive for food donations at our local food pantry – and they are in great need, having to turn people away every day.

"THE PURPOSE OF CHRISTMAS" STUDY
Starting on Wednesday, December 2 at 6:30pm, in the Mariposa Cafe, we will offer a three-week study by Rick Warren, “The Purpose of Christmas”. This will take the place of the Wednesday night Nooma study for the month of December. We hope you can join us for this study on how to regain peace in your life during the holidays and to return the focus to the real reason for the season – the birth of Jesus!
