
The St. Paul Basketball Co-Ed Rec League is a six week faith based program. The purpose of the league is to develop middle and high school age boys and girls spiritually, morally, ethically and physically through the team sport of basketball. In addition to building our athletes' basketball skills, our program is also intended to help each athlete grow as a person. We focus on fundamentals and developing skills through weekly practices on Wednesdays and games on Saturdays.
Ages
The program has two ages groups.
- Middle School: 6-8 grade
- High School: 9-12 grade

Weekly Practices
Wednesdays starting Feb. 25: 6-8 PM
Weekly Games
Saturdays starting Feb. 28: 8 AM to 2 PM (Time may change depending on number of teams). Last game is April 11.
- Middle School Games: 24 minutes (two twelve minute halves)
- High School Games: 32 minutes (two sixteen minute halves)
We will not have any practices or games Spring Break Weekend (March 18 and 21)
COACHING
The program is led by Aldor Kola of Shoot and Shape Athletics. In addition to experience as a professional basketball player, Aldor has many years of experience as a trainer coaching all ages and skill levels. Find out more about Shoot and Shape Athletics.
EQUIPMENT
A jersey will be provided (included in program cost.) Players must provide their own black athletic shorts and appropriate shoes for an indoor court.
COST
Cost is $100 per player.
Cost includes 6 weeks of play and a reversible jersey to keep. You can make an online payment during registration or pay by cash on Feb. 21 during our skills assessment session.
