The Rev. Pam Dubov
Executive Pastor
Office: 727-584-8165 x228
E-Mail:
The Reverend Pam Dubov was commissioned as a deacon on June 18, 2016 and serves as St. Paul’s Executive Pastor. In her position as deacon she guides the St. Paul congregation with an outward focus on the needs of the community. Pam will be forever grateful that she received her “later in life” call to ministry after years of work in the secular world.
Before she entered the ministry, Pam earned a BA degree and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army. Pam also received Master of Business Administration and law degrees. She served as the senior manager of the Pinellas County Property Appraiser’s office for nineteen years before being elected Property Appraiser for two terms. She completed her seminary education at Asbury Theological Seminary.
Pam has three step-children, eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Pam is humbled by God’s call and confident that God has placed her and St. Paul together for a season of service that will embody the Deacon’s call to ministries of Word, service, compassion, and justice. Pam’s daily hope and prayer is that she, our staff, and every member of our congregation will live into the words of St. Paul’s namesake when he said: “as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive one another…as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity.” (Colossians 3:12-14)
