Second Tuesday of the month, 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

The practice of yoga benefits mind, body and spirit. This free yoga class is a great way to increase your strength and flexibility, let go of stress, and become more spiritually aware. The class is led by a certified instructor, and is open to everyone whether you are a beginner or have experience.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING

Students need to bring their own mats and any equipment they will use. The class offers modifications for different skill and physical ability levels, but students are welcome to bring their own blocks or straps to help them through the postures and provide more stability.

Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.
